Walk peacefully on Heaven's streets
The dry earth that seemed to fold bneath her was quite envigorating, the death-ridden soil and its dry cracks of battle giving the mare a ginger step, amazed she was walking upon such toughened earth. even as it had done battle with the weather and been sucked of its fluids by the sun and its heat, this earth still managed to stay about. But maybe, it had no place to go but here. She did not have the slightest idea, nor coudl she fathom it for the answers were endless, it all depended on how you thought about it.
Tassel swatted against her ashen pelt, the stains of dirt and grime present as she'd not wasted any water for weeks on her pelt. It was keeping flies away, and that, my dear, was a very good thing. She didn't care about appearances, nor did she care about what any equine thought of her appearance. She only cared about her well-being. and she was much better off being dirty and not worrying about flies than to be clean and to worry about fending off those d**n insects.
Those solemn eyes of her looked forwards as she stepped lightly across the Ruins, as it seemed, features searching every nook and cranny for signs of life, be them equine or others, though hopefully they shall not be predatory. she had tired over the last few days, and she could not bear to make another mad dash until she recieved a good amonut of sleep. But, she could not sleep here, no. The earth was too dry, she didn't wish to burden it with her mass laying opon it for a night. So she stood quietly, searching. Searching for anything that might peak her interest.
You've done your time in Hell

I watched as the dirtied Fae came into my eyesight. As far As I could tell she had been a white mare at one point. Shaking my head I wandered out to her searching form, clearing my throat to call attention to myself. Excuse me belleza, I am Templado. May I ask of your nombre, your name? I spoke in tentative tones. I was eager to please this femme, I was not one to enjoy being lonely. Coming nearer I awaited her response, flesh quivering as the moscas violated me. Their incesant buzzing never ceased it seemd to me.

Audits swiveled forwards as a stallion's appearance had entered her line of sight, and had come into her prescence to speak with her. Charcoal orbs of hers rested on the brujo, her sight seeming empty, the fire in her eyes long gone from her brutal past.
"I am only called Ghost, holding no decadent or graceful name as any other mare. My nme is my name, my choosing.
And you sir, I greet,"
She spoke, her voice holding no bitterness nor any coldness to it. It was a voice that souded redeemed by God, a voice that sounded lke they'd repented for their sins and now their slate was clean. But, she was no sinner. It was them who were sinners, them who had molded her into who she was.

I listened as she spoke. She seemed as though she was melencholy, as if in a vegitative state. Bowing my head to her quickly I spoke once more, ears peaked in her direction. I was proud and young, but Oh so eager, so I went on, never giving her a chance to speak again. C' I am pleased to meet you. Ghost, currently you are invisible to no one in your stained state. I am from the Emerald forest. Where might you be from? Realizing how young I sounded I blushed, lowering my eyes to the ground. I was a fool, so interested in a herd I was losing my touch.

{ EEP! that was supposed to be Geist. I have two characters with similar names, and I always get confused!! >.> sorries }
"I hail from nowhere. I have been roaming from land to land for years now, ever since I had the survival skills i needed. Never found any interest to stay in a land more than month, two at the most. But, if I get interested I may stay for quite a while,"
She answered, seeing in his carriage and voice that he was eager, acting almost like a young bachelor who happened to stumble on a lone mare and wanted to move things along so he wouldn't have to fight an older stallion. but, he really didn't need to, for she did not scent another stallion for miles.

(it's ok, my posts are sucky tonight. Havent figured out this character yet ) Trying to slow myself down I listened as she talked about. So many were wanderers in this strange land, it was hard to tell who came from where. Tossing my tassle from betweenmy eyes I smiled, speaking softly and slowly this time. I see. These lands seem to be exist solely with wanderers as its inhabitants. After a while it becomes home to all of them. How did you come about these particular lands may I ask? I myself have only been here mere days. Glad I was acting normal again I sighed. I had probably already messed things up, but a conversatoin wouldn't hurt me.

She was a bit relieved as now he'd calmed down a bit to become a more sensible stallion, talking much more fluidly and speaking in a much more dignified tone than just a colt's voice. She herself acted diginifed and acted with sense, which thus gave her this grimy coat that made all the sense in the world to an equine who only cared about their well-being.
"Where I truely hail from is the lands of the East, where the earth is so dry it travels with the wind and gets in your eyes, and the terrain changes every morn when you wake and you may sink into its depths if you step too heavily.
And where do you hail from?"
She asked, curiously. Se was surprised that she'd been abel to remember how her birth land looked, given she hadn't been to it in years.

I was glad she would still talk to me, so I began to become more confident. IT was possible that I could do this. I decided to answer her question best I could, though it was no grand story of my past. Where I come from is less that extraordinary. It is warm year round, but sometimes flourishes. Not very exciting. I am sorry that I have no more to offer you than that. But it will not matter to me, I have other things to thrive for. Setting a hoof on it's toe I relaxed. I had been walking around these lands for days, I was tired.

"Is that so?I prefer those lands more than I do my own home, for more than one reason. Where I hail from, if I remember correctly, it would be scorching hot all day long, and it would be freezing cold by nightfall. No rain would come for months and water would be few and far between.
But, moving on. Would you say the new land that you dominate is better than your previous home?"
She asked, her mind thinking up all these questions. it was almost like she was a foal again, learning about her surroundings. Only, she wasn't in her shoes, she was almost in his. What was his new land like, and did he like it? well, he might as well like it, he did claim it for himself after all. Why would someone claim a land if they hated it? would it just be for the sake of power? now, that would be a horrible thing. She knew what power did to one's mind. She'd witnessed its wrath.

Tilting my head I processed her words. She had a beautiful way of looking at things. Shaking my tendrils I answered as best I could, trying desperately not to be a chatter box. I suppose, I have seen no other land than as the one you speak of. My lands are of the forest, flourishing and sheltered. I do enjoy it there, quite suitable for me. May I ask why you are wandering about this time of day? Smiling I waited for her to speak, eyes soft but absent. I looked beyond her, taking in the sights. So different than what I had come from. Slowly returning my gaze to the femme I sighed. It was becoming dark, and I was impatient for the sunset.
